Again, it’s impossible to know how much of it is in Raw HGH, but many recommend just 12mg for a dose, so there’s likely enough to be found.

Dodder Seed:- Something you’ll find in a lot of penis enhancing supplements. A common “Chinese herbal remedy” that has no proof, but sounds interesting.

Think I’m taking it right, take every day even if I am not lifting. Take it in the morning non workout days and it is working for me. Sleep is improved, mass is up, and mood is good. I am going to stack it with the Black Antler to recover my joints for repair and strengthening.

Taking Raw HGH preworkout 30 min prior like it says on the bottle on workout days. Being in your late 40’s makes your HGH levels decline I believe Raw HGH did something for me and am going to stay on it.

I was new to supplements this year and tried Raw HGH with IGF1 noticeable increase more vascular too. Better training and sleep with the Antler doing wonders for my joints which were hurting from all the heavy weights. Bodybuilding is a great site with lots of info and it has helped my training even though I don’t actually go to a gym. Lots of home gym tips etc.

Gonna give this one a 10 it has really helped my training and some of the more experienced older guys I have been reading turned me onto this.
