Introduction to PMD methyl andro hardcore

Methyl Andro HARDCORE is a testosterone booster supplement made by PMD Sports. At $113.99 for 30 servings, this is one of the more expensive testosterone boosters on the market. Each serving size is 3 capsules per day, which is on the higher side of the recommended serving size. The product contains DHEA, a steroid precursor, and Ashwagandha, a plant derivative, both of which may cause modest increases in testosterone. However, this product is not likely to have major or significant testosterone-like effects. Additionally, the name of the product is somewhat misleading, as it implies that it has similar effects to anabolic steroids, which is not the case.

PMD methyl andro Ingredients

:

Fenugreek is a widely used seed and leaf that has been shown to improve many areas of health. In this case, up to 600mg of fenugreek is recommended to help increase testosterone levels. PMD Andro provides 600mg, however, for best results, it would be beneficial to include magnesium as well.

Tribulus Terrestris is commonly included in testosterone boosters, but it is best avoided. Studies have shown that it can lead to some health issues and does not have much effect on testosterone levels.

Avena Sativa, otherwise known as oats, is a useless ingredient in a testosterone booster due to the lack of scientific evidence showing it to be effective.

Furastanolic Saponins and Protodioscin have not been proven to increase testosterone levels and should be avoided.

D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) is often included in testosterone boosters as it has been shown to increase testosterone levels. However, 2-3g must be taken daily for there to be any noticeable benefit.

Androstenolone (DHEA) is a hormone that is believed to increase testosterone levels, but it is a very controversial ingredient and can cause serious side effects such as gynecomastia. Therefore, it should not be included in any supplement.

Dioscorea Nipponica Makino Root Extract is an uncommon ingredient that has been linked to anti-obesity and Type 2 diabetes effects, although it does not appear to have any testosterone-stimulating properties.

Ashwagandha, on the other hand, may help with strength with some effect on testosterone levels.

Mucuna Pruriens, or Velvet Bean, has been reported to boost testosterone and HGH levels, but due to its inclusion in a proprietary blend, it is difficult to determine if there is enough of the ingredient to be effective.

Deer Antler Velvet has been used in traditional Chinese medicine, but is not effective for boosting testosterone. The yacon root is just a carbohydrate, and bioperine is simply black pepper extract. It may help with absorption, but it is not a key ingredient in this testosterone booster.

This product may be expensive, and despite being a comprehensive formula but it  contains only few ingredients that have been proven DIRECTLY to increase testosterone levels. In fact, some of these ingredients like DHEA may even have the potential to raise estrogen levels in those who take them. On the other hand, some ingredients in it like Deer Antler Velvet, Mucuna Pruriens and Ashwagandha are really good and may have comprehensive anti-aging, libido and Testosterone boosting effects in men.

Bottmline on Methyl Andro HARDCORE

Methyl Andro HARDCORE, which costs $113.99 on PMD Sports’s website, appears to be one of the least reliable testosterone boosters. Although it comes in a 30 serving container, the exact dosages of each ingredient are hidden by the use of proprietary blends, a common marketing gimmick in the supplements industry. User reviews for the product are mixed. Some products like Methyl Andro or Primal Muscle IGF-1 191xt are named with steroid sounding ingredients, however they don’t contain real steroids, Testosterone or HGH. While Methyl andro doesn’t contain any androstenedione, you can read our reviews of best androstenedione supplements here.
