Our standard shipping option to the United States is 2-5 business days, based on what your location is . 99.6% of the country will receive their package within 4 business days though! Weather conditions or any issues with the shippng company can occasionally postpone these estimates, but it is very uncommon. Any purchase under $50 is charged a flat $5 fee (unless otherwise noted), and any order over $50 is shipped for free via our standard shipping option, USA customers only and if it weighs less than 10lbs.
We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. For wire transfers, submit your order and send an email to email@example.com along with your order ID.
Our vendor partners usually ship out Monday through Friday. More often than not if your order comes in before 1pm central time, we normally will ship that the same day. If orders are placed AFTER 1pm, it will ship out the following business day. On Mondays and holidays, it may be following day because of the upsurge in sales during that time. We ship from our warehouse in Chicago, which is pretty central to everywhere in the United States.
During the Holidays, like Black Friday and Christmas, all orders placed will have slowed shipping due to the wide range of orders. Please call customer service at 1.877.505.1777 if you have any questions on your package.
We make an effort as hard as possible to keep our inventory up to date on our website. If it says “In Stock”, it will normally ship out same or next day. If it says “Ships in 1-2 Business Days”, that’s when the product will ship out. For any product labeled “Shipping Delayed”, this means the product is out of stock and on order. It will be shipped out as soon as it comes into our warehouse. Orders ship out once the order in it’s entirety is all in stock and ready to ship. Ordering a product which is out of stock or shows shipping delayed will result in the entire order waiting on that product to come back in stock.
