Our vendor partners usually ship out Monday through Friday. Normally if your order comes in before 1pm central time, we normally will ship that the same day. If orders are placed AFTER 1pm, it will ship out the following business day. On Mondays and holidays, it may be next day due to the increase in sales during that time. We ship from our warehouse in Chicago, which is pretty central to everywhere in the United States.

Inventory Statuses

During the Holidays, like Black Friday and Christmas, all orders will have shipping delayed due to the large amount of orders. Please call customer service at 1 (888) 376-7435 if you have any questions on your package.

We try as hard as possible to keep our inventory up to date on our website. If it says “In Stock”, it will normally ship out same or next day. If it says “Ships in 1-2 Business Days”, that’s when the product will ship out. For any product labeled “Shipping Delayed”, this means the product is out of stock and on order. It will be shipped out as soon as it comes into our warehouse. Orders ship out once the order in it’s entirety is all in stock and ready to ship. Ordering a product which is out of stock or shows shipping delayed will result in the entire order waiting on that product to come back in stock.

Our standard shipping option to the United States is 2-5 business days, based on what your location is . 99.6% of the country will receive their package within 4 business days though! Weather conditions or any issues with the shippng company can occasionally postpone these estimates, but it is very uncommon. Any purchase under $50 is charged a flat $5 fee (unless otherwise noted), and any order over $50 is shipped for free via our standard shipping option, USA customers only and if it weighs less than 10lbs.

If you want to use a coupon code, ONE coupon PER ORDER ONLY. This cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, deals, and stacks.

We have many products on our website that are free shipping no matter the total of your order. These products will be marked free shipping. Please note that if you are order a product that is free shipping and another that is not free shipping, you may be charged shipping for the weight of that other product.

All shipping rates and times will be shown in our checkout so you understand exactly how long it will take to receive your order. If your product is listed as “in stock” on our website, it will ship out the same or next business day. We do not ship on weekends. If the product is listed “out of stock”, it will ship once we have the product in stock.
