I can’t believe someone decided to put melatonin in HGH. They shouldn’t be making the decision whether I need help falling asleep or not. Melatonin and HGH serve different purposes. I ended up throwing this product away and will buy a different brand of HGH in the future. Very disappointed.
I take HGH Complete at night on an empty stomach, and it helps me fall asleep like a baby. When I wake up, I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. This product works wonders for me!
