All in all Rich Pianas createn is a outstanding multi blend product that a 100% recommend if you are looking for a new creatine blend! On the other hand if you know that one certain creatine works for you then that would be the cheaper option.

The only thing I have a problem with this product is sometimes it doesn’t completely mix, you get little chunks of powder at the bottom of your shaker but other than that I like it, tastes good, I’ve seen a difference in my workouts, consistency is key for this as well as eating right.

I’ve used this product in the past and it’s a great creatine supplement when I ordered directly from 5%. This time I was disappointed when I received it and opened the container the contents were a solid block. I tried shaking the container and mixing the powder around with the scoop but no luck. I’ve had this problem with the preworkout I order on amazon as well so I wonder if their storage facility’s temperature isn’t kept at proper temperatures for supplement storage? Anyway it’s a good product but maybe just a bad batch this time.
