I have experienced benefits of increased strength and mass, quicker reflexes and thinking. A regular weight training program and some aerobic activity should be included to maximize results. Take the recommended dosage first in the early am and keep under tongue for at least a minute then wait at least 20 minutes before drinking or eating. The second dose is best taken about an hour before lunch on an empty stomach. The third dose is best taken before training. Stay disciplined and you will see results in fighting middle age and beyond.
