There are various potent ingredients that have been added to MusclePharm HardCore Wreckage, some of them include:
L-citrulline (6g): this essential amino acid is associated closely with the release of NO (Nitric Oxide) into our systems, this allows for dilated arteries and veins, and improved blood circulation within an individual’s body.
L-leucine (4g): this amino acid is mostly concerned with helping users recover after intense workout sessions, this compound allows for muscles, tendons to relax and thus heal properly and effectively.
D-Aspartic Acid (3g): it has been observed to increase the body’s natural capacity to produce testosterone and improve overall energy levels.
Creatine HCL (2g): this compound is known to improve the functionality of our muscles and allows them to push more during intense sessions.
Caffeine Anhydrous (350 mg): it is a caffeine derivative which is known for its amazing solubility, it readily mixes into our bloodstream and provides a variety of benefits like improved energy levels, enhanced cognitive functioning, and increased concentration levels.
Bioperine (5 mg): this compound is derived from black pepper, it is known to improve the user’s overall bioavailability. This means that various key ingredients can be easily absorbed into the user’s system.
Some of the other key active agents include L-Tyrosine, Beta Alanine, Agmatine Sulfate, Huperzine A, and Phosphatidylserine.

Review 1
Hey! I’m a college student (business management) who is currently bulking… but not for too long, summer season is slowly approaching and it’s time to show off those rock hard abs!
—-Ingredient Profile—-
Interesting profile for sure, different from what we’ve seen thus far from Musclepharm. Let’s get straight into it: 1 Scoop is 14.3g -Intense Pump and Nutrient Absorption: oL-Citrulline (6 grams): L-Citrulline supplementation results in reduced fatigue and improved endurance for both aerobic and anaerobic prolonged exercise. oVaso6 (300 mg): VASO6 is an innovative vasodilation and nitric oxide ingredient with a 50% convertibility to nitrix oxide oAstragin (50 mg): Enhances absorption. -Energy and endurance: oCarnosyn Beta Alanine (2 grams): B-Alanine has been shown to enhance muscular endurance, specially being able to perform 1 to 2 reps more when staying at an hypertrophy range (8 to 15 reps). It’s remarkable to say that it’s Carnosyn Beta Alanine so it’s the highest quality available. oTaurine (1 gram): Taurine is an organic acid which acts as a lipid/membrane stablilizer in the body and can aid various anti-oxidant defense systems. oCaffeine Anhydrous (300 mg): Caffeine is a powerful stimulant, and it can be used to improve physical strength and endurance. It is classified as a nootropic because it sensitizes neurons and provides mental stimulation. -Neuro Focus: oTyrosine (500 mg): L-Tyrosine is a mental booster, assists with mental focus. oAlpha GPC (100mg): is a cholinergic compound that is used for its cognitive-promoting properties, and to enhance power output in athletes. oL-Theanine (100mg): It is known to promote relaxation without sedation. It appears to be effective at this as well as reducing stress at standard dosages. oNeurofactor (100mg): NeuroFactor is a coffee fruit extract that is used to greatly boost brain functions and cognitive. Pretty simple and clean ingredient list, I like how they disclosed every ingredient now and didn’t pixie dust’d anything.
—-Taste/Mixability/Dosing—-
-It’s currently available in 3 flavors: Fruit Punch, Sour Candy and Berry Lemonade. I purchased the Sour Candy flavor and it was OK, sour at first and then sweet. Would I purchase it again? No, sour candy seems like a novelty flavor, you find it interesting the first few serving but you get bored real quick, at least that’s what happened to me. It does have some “grainy” texture to it which I will attribute to Vaso6 since I had the same problem with Re1gn from Olympus Labs and they both share the same ingredient. -Mixability is fine. -Dosing is 1 scoop pre workout. Scoop weight is the same as advertised on the label, it’s not under or overdosed.
—-Effectiveness—-
In a few words, I liked it. -Pump: Pump was intense and great, I love vaso6, it’s one of those ingredients that’s starting to make more and more appearances in pre workouts and I think it is indeed better than Citrulline. Personally, citrulline doesn’t do much by itself for me but Vaso6 is a key factor on providing pumps, I hope to see more and more companies add it in conjunction with Hydromax which I really like a lot as well. The pump itself was not the “veins popping out” one but the one that gives a fuller and rounded look, even when training fasted it was very noticeable. Wreckage does deliver very well in this area. -Energy: I have mixed feelings here, I took a 2-week break from any caffeine source before starting this product. At first the energy was very latent and felt like a “punch in the face” but as days (and servings) were passing by the energy was starting to slowly decrease. 300 mg of caffeine are ok at first but there’s no source of long lasting energy and at the end of the workout I’d feel exhausted. I know what you may be thinking, everybody gets used to caffeine and the feeling isn’t the same, BUT some other products have given me steady and long-lasting energy across the whole tub. In conclusion, if you are a stim junkie the energy won’t probably surprise you but if you keep your daily caffeine intake in check this product will give you a boost. -Mental Focus: Focus was good but nothing crazy, definitely not something like DMHA or Eria Jarensis will give you. I felt in my zone and the music sounded better, that was about it, nothing to write home about, it was OK. -Endurance and muscle power: Endurance was fine, it has only 2 grams of Beta-Alanine which is a bit underdosed, we have taurine as well but it doesn’t play a very important role, I started pairing this product with a standalone Beta-Alanine product and the results were more impressive. All in all, endurance was there but it is not the best part about the product. Given that there is no creatine there is no muscle power increase either.
—-Value—-
Digging around the price for the product is around 31 to 40 dollars (standard retail price, you may find some offers here and there) and you get 25 servings, so doing the math: 1.24 dollars to 1.6 per serv. Not overly expensive but not cheap eaither.
—-Side Effects—-
Some days the trips to the bathroom were increased.
—-Conclusion—-
Solid choice if you are looking for a more prominent pump and focus based product, it is not targeted to a stim junkie audience but it can be a good option for people that train late at night and want to be able to sleep at a regular hour or for the gym goer that doesn’t want to feel cracked out of his/her mind or for people that some days want to lay down on heavy and exotic stims and prefer to chase a better pump.
Review2
This is a really good product. It gives me a great pump and a lot of energy during the workout. I didn’t give it a higher rate because it didn’t mix really well and the taste made it really hard for me to drink it. But it does what it claims.
Review3
Great product with consistent energy and decent pumps. Only reason I didn’t give this product a 10 was because of the bitter after taste. Otherwise it does its job.

Experts Comments
Creatine Hydrochloride is an excellent accompaniment to this because it helps to enhance the production of ATP within your muscle cells while also pulling massive amounts of water to promote cell swelling and anabolic signaling.
If you have ever used a BCAA supplement then you are probably familiar with the amino acid known as L-Leucine; this essential amino acid is the most important of all of the amino acids when it comes to initiating muscle protein synthesis in order to build new muscle tissues.
There are 4 g of L-Leucine provided in every serving of MP Hardcore Wreckage which means that your body is getting more than enough.
Another excellent pair of synergistic ingredients is Caffeine Anhydrous and Phosphatidylserine. We all know that caffeine is an excellent stimulant but when taken in excessive quantities it can often lead to an increase in levels of the stress hormone cortisol this is where Phosphatidylserine comes into play.
Phosphatidylserine helps to attenuate cortisol production so that you can enjoy the mental clarity and enhanced energy levels provided by caffeine but without unnecessary jitters or anxious feelings.
What’s more, Black Pepper Fruit Extract (BioPerine)has been added to further stimulate your circulatory system and help the active ingredients in MP Hardcore Wreckage get exactly where they need to go.
Bottomline
Every serving of MP Hardcore Wreckage contains a whopping 350 mg of caffeine so if you are particularly sensitive to stimulants then you will obviously need to take this into consideration before making your final purchase. Otherwise, it’s a solid product!
Even if you aren’t especially sensitive to caffeine this may still prove to be somewhat of an issue if you are fond of drinking a strong cup of black coffee before hitting the gym.
As a point of reference, 350 mg of caffeine is roughly equivalent to 3 or 4 cups of coffee, so you might need to remove your pre-workout couple of Joe in order to avoid the jitters.
